Student Project/IDP/UDP Tracking System (SPTS) at GTU projects.gtu.ac.in : We have extended the 1st phase submission date for 1 week
Dear Students,
We request you to start registration in it after 48 hours from now.
This project is for final year students of BE. It is applicable to all branches. This is created for online review of projects done by students. Students will get suggestions from their classmates, guide and mentors. Yes, it is compulsory to be in this process else your final project will not be evaluated.
This tool will be implemented in three phases.
1. On 17th July – first phase of Team registration. ( students can do it till end of July 2013)
2. On 30th July- Second phase of Project registration starting
3. On 10th August- Third phase of SPTS
We have launched first phase of registration and making some additions on the web features.. Students need to register their team members and automated team number will be created which is for their further reference. In 2- 3 days we will update page with un register their team members in case students have made some mistakes. This page will allow them to register/un register/update/alter team members detail in a group. We request you to start registration in it after 48 hours from now.
This phase will end on 30th July ( tentatively) . In case of unavoidable scenario we may extend this deadline too.
Second Phase:
In this students need to provide information about project, industry and guide of college. This is will start from 30th July and will end on 10th August. Here, Students will freeze in details and get a pdf for the same. This pdf needs to be submitted at college.
Third phase:
Students can start forum for project. Every fifteen days they will update project status. This will be implemented by students only. Guide will suggest and guide them as per requirement. Mentors will review complete project and evaluate accordingly. Dean, HOD, Mentor and Guides will review as per updates.
