Dear Sir/Madam/Student

This year all GTU students had performed very well during their project work. Many students had carried out  very innovative projects and developed advanced technologies and solutions to existing problems.

Now after completion of this examination, It is time to promote students (who had worked on real innovative projects) to protect their innovations via patents. 

Note: All students who are supposed to clear their final year examination and have done some innovative IDP/UDP/Project, they can leverage benefits from this program. 

GTU Innovation Council will facilitate the programs. Teams will take care of the cost required for Govt. Fees. Experts will help in process. IP rights of the innovations will be belonging to the innovators and university do not take any stake in the IP creation. 

Students from all streams: Engineering, Diploma, MCA, Pharmacy and others can benefit out of this GIC Summer Patent Clinic (GSPC) program. Faculty members having done /guided some innovative projects can make best out of this effort. Please circulate this mail to every one, who had carried out innovative project and interested to take benefit from this programme.

Two sessions of GICSummer Patent Clinic (GSPC) program were organised on 12th to 14th June 2014 (Thursday to Saturday) and on 26th to 28th June 2014 (Thursday to Saturday)
