Pintu Here....as we talked i am sending that company's requirement.

It needs php fresher developer..for fresher they are having bond of 1.5 year,

package: 6 to 8 k, they will also give 3 increments to freshers in first year. 

(so at the end of year, your pacakge will be above 10k, as compared to other companies who gives training for 6 months without any salary and then starts ur package with 10k, this company will start salary from the first day so no wastage of days)
