Dear Student

You all are aware of death anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel – 15th December 2013. Therefore, the program of "Run for Unity" is planned on 15/12/2013 by Government of Gujarat in the memory of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. It is moral responsibility of Gujarat Technological University to give tribute to this great leader by participating in the "Run for Unity" on 15th December 2013 with a motive of "Unite the Nation for Progress".

It is also planned to organize some Activities based on the life of Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel before 15th December 2013 as per the convenience of the institute. Some events/competitions are given below as example.

1) Film show on Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel (Actor - Paresh Raval)

2) Poster making competition on the life of Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel

3) Elocution competition on life of Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel

4) Quiz on life of Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel.

5) Presentation on the life of Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel

6) Essay Writing Competition on the life of Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel

Most of the examinations will finish by 15th December 2013.
