Job Responsibilities:
(1) To assist our overseas customers in their issues related to Windows, Linux, VPS Servers as well as to attend their queries related to their hosting account, invoicing, domain name status etc
(2) The medium of support Voice/Support Tickets/Live Chats.

Working Environments:
3 rotational shifts : Morning, Evening & Night..

Prerequisites:

(1) Candidates studied throughout in Medium English will be given first preference.

(2) Very good command on written English (for Non-voice Support)

(3) Very good command on both written and verbal English (for Voice Support)

(4) Knowledge of any web-based programming language (ASP/ASP.NET/PHP)
