I have tried everything from clearing history, different browser etc. It just stucks after the i press submit.

Tell the students to clear all browsing history and then try it.

If they are getting invalid message then it to be assumed that they are DE-registered from team by mistake or else.

Tell the students to write Abstract only of 500 letters not more then that.
